Front & Center is now accepting applications for summer 2016. It will take place in San Francisco, CA from June – Dec 2016.

If you want to apply, please submit your application along with your resume and 3 minute video describing a project that your most proud of online by 11:59 pm PST on March 31, 2016. This part should not take longer than 10 minutes. 

Front & Center will review your application for qualifications. If you qualify, you'll receive an email inviting you to complete our design exercise. You'll have 7 days to complete the design exercise and send it back to us. Incomplete or late assignments will not be reviewed.

If you pass the design exercise, we'll invite you for an on-site interview to meet us in San Francisco, CA between April 19 - 26, 2016. Details for the on-site meeting will be only be sent to candidates who have moved onto the next round. Following the on-site, the admission teams will reach out directly to candidates letting them know whether or not they have been accepted into the program. Decisions will be sent out via email on April 29, 2016. 

If we you are accepted into the design program, you are expected to be available for the entire duration of the program from June 1 through December 7, 2016. 

After an offer has been made to you, you'll have 48 hours to accept or decline your offer. 

During the 6 months design program we’ll have dinners every Tuesday for all the students. At each dinner we’ll invite an expert in some aspect of design and/or tech to speak.

We have regular office hours throughout the program for students who want to talk about what they’re building, or get advice on career development. 

t the end of the program, about 24 weeks in, we organize an event called Demo Day at which the students will present a selected work from their portfolio to a carefully selected, invite-only audience.

Upon completing our 6 months design training program, you'll be placed in a paid full-time 3 months internship program at partner company. At the end of your internship, you'll be reviewed for full-time employment with a partner company.
