Designing Diversity

  • Indiegogo 965 Mission Street San Francisco, CA, 94103 United States (map)

Recent data released by tech companies on employee diversity confirms what has been quite obvious: Amongst leadership and technical employees, few are women, and even fewer are African-American or Latino.

Companies should care about these numbers. Studies show that companies with gender and ethnic diversity are more creative and profitable, A variety of perspectives help them design products and services that appeal to a diverse, global audience.

Front & Center is an organization founded to increase diversity in tech through design. Join us for our inaugural event Designing for Diversity: How can we design a company culture that is inclusive?

During this humble interactive workshop, we’ll break into small groups to discover and design solutions aimed at increasing and retaining diversity in tech.
